Requirements for hosting an event

• Dedicated room for the event
• The ability for all attendees to sit at a table – 6 to 8 per table is fine.
• Blank wall and/or screen for projecting presentation slides
• Flip Chart Stand / Paper (if held outside San Diego County)
• Refreshments appropriate to your group
